Terms of sale

The simple rules for buying and using our courses.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the French version, the French version prevails for customers in Quebec.

The courses

Our courses are digital content available online: videos, documents, templates and exercises. The description of each course (content, length, bonuses) is on its sales page. The AI & Automation course is available in English; our other courses are in French. The course platform's menus and the automatic emails are in French.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown on each sales page, in the currency displayed when you order. AI & Automation in English: US$97 in one payment (United States), or CA$147 in one payment or 3 payments of CA$49 (Canada).
  • Canadian prices include taxes (GST and QST). Tax registration numbers: GST 78387 5446 RT0001; QST 4056358701 TQ0001. Prices in US dollars are final prices: we do not add any tax at checkout.
  • Payment is made online by card, securely, through Stripe. If your card is in a different currency, your bank may charge conversion fees.
  • When installments are offered, they are charged automatically on each due date, one every 30 days. A declined installment may suspend access until it is paid.

Access

After payment, you receive your login details by email. You take the course online, in your course area, after logging in to your personal account.

  • AI & Automation: all 6 modules and the resources are available right away (suggested pace: 4 weeks).

Access is personal: you may not share your login details or resell or redistribute the content. Unless otherwise stated, access is for life, meaning for as long as the course is offered by North Bold Compagny.

Immediate access and right of withdrawal

When you pay, you expressly request immediate access to the course. If the law of your country provides a right of withdrawal for digital content (for example in the European Union or the United Kingdom), you acknowledge that you lose it once access begins. The 14-day Action Guarantee applies in all cases.

14-day Action Guarantee

All our paid courses are covered by the 14-day Action Guarantee. Its conditions, your legal rights, the refund process and what happens in case of a bank dispute are set out in our refund policy.

Intellectual property

The videos, texts, templates and documents in the courses belong to North Bold Compagny. You may use them for your own work, but you may not reproduce or distribute them. The English narration uses Maxime's own voice, recreated in English with AI voice technology.

Results

Results depend on your situation, your practice and the tools you use. The goals presented in our courses (for example 5 hours a week for AI & Automation) are learning goals, not guaranteed results.

Liability

Our courses present third-party tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Make, n8n, etc.). These tools are subject to their own terms and may change. Always check AI-generated content before using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. They do not limit the rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
