Refund policy

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the French version, the French version prevails for customers in Quebec.

What you buy

An online course delivered as digital content: videos to watch online, full text, exercises, answer keys and downloadable exercise material. AI & Automation in English: US$97 (United States), or CA$147, or 3 payments of CA$49 (Canada, taxes included).

What you get, and when

• All 6 modules and the resources, right away (suggested pace: 4 weeks).
• Once open, modules remain available for life, meaning for as long as the course is offered by North Bold Compagny.

The 14-day Action Guarantee

This is a guarantee we offer in addition to your legal rights. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

• you completed modules 1 and 2 of the course;
• you did at least one of the suggested exercises;
• the course didn't help you (for AI & Automation: it didn't save you any time).

To check these conditions, we simply look at your progress in the course area and at your message. No other proof is required.

Your legal rights

The guarantee does not replace the rights the law of your country gives you. They always apply, even after 14 days, for example:

• Quebec and Canada: Quebec's Consumer Protection Act allows you, among other things, to cancel the contract in the cases it provides for, for example if mandatory information was not given to you.
• European Union and United Kingdom: the law generally provides a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends when access begins, provided you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged losing this right (checkbox at payment). Otherwise, your right of withdrawal applies normally.
• Elsewhere, for example in the United States or Australia: the mandatory consumer protections of your state or country apply.

If the course does not match its description or does not work, write to us: we will fix the problem and, if that is impossible, refund you.

How to request your refund

• Write to fondateur@northboldcompagny.com with the email used for the purchase, the name of the course and, in one sentence, what didn't work for you.
• We first offer you a solution (an explanation or an example adapted to your work, by email). This is optional: if you prefer the refund, just say so.
• We reply within 2 business days. If we refuse, we explain why in writing.
• The refund is made to the payment method used, in the currency you paid in. Depending on your bank, it appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

After the refund

Your access to the refunded course and its resources is closed automatically. You agree to stop using or sharing the downloaded files.

Installment payments

If you chose to pay in installments (Canada: 3 × CA$49), we refund the amounts already paid and cancel the remaining installments. If an installment fails, access may be suspended until it is paid.

Abusive use

Access is personal. If there are signs of clearly abusive use (account sharing, automated downloading, reselling the content), we write to you first. Depending on the situation, access may be suspended while we check. This never removes a right the law gives you.

Disputes with your bank

Before disputing a payment with your bank, write to us: a refund is faster. In case of a dispute, access is suspended during the review, and we send the bank the information about the purchase (date, offer, accepted terms, progress). Your rights with your bank remain intact.

What we keep

To handle requests and disputes, we keep the purchase date, the offer, the amount, the version of the terms accepted, your progress in the course and our email exchanges, only as long as necessary. See our privacy policy.

After 14 days

After this period, the Action Guarantee no longer applies, but your legal rights remain valid. If you have an access or content problem, write to us: we'll find a solution.
